This Service provides encrypted paste hosting with optional cryptocurrency-based unlocking mechanisms. Users may create public, unlisted, or paid pastes with configurable expiration settings.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Account creation is optional for public and unlisted pastes
Paid paste creation requires a verified email address
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You agree to update your information to maintain its accuracy

4. Content Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Promotes illegal activities
Contains child exploitation material
Harasses, threatens, or defames others
Contains personally identifiable information without consent

4.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
Encrypted paid content is not pre-moderated but may be removed upon valid complaints

5. Paid Pastes and Cryptocurrency Transactions

5.1 Payment Terms

Paid pastes require cryptocurrency payment (BTC, XMR, or USDT)
Payments are processed after blockchain confirmations
Network fees are non-refundable
Pricing is set by content creators; we do not guarantee value

5.2 Refunds

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally non-reversible
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Network fees are never refunded
Disputes should be submitted through our contact form

5.3 Unlock Tokens

Unlock tokens are issued automatically after payment confirmation
Tokens are single-use unless otherwise specified
Lost or expired tokens cannot be recovered without proof of payment

6. Expiration and Data Retention

6.1 Paste Expiration

Time-based: Expires after specified duration
Burn-after-read: Deleted after first view
View-limited: Deleted after maximum views reached
Never: May be retained indefinitely but subject to cleanup

6.2 Data Deletion

Expired pastes are permanently deleted during scheduled maintenance
Paid paste content keys remain wrapped and inaccessible after expiration
We do not guarantee any minimum retention period

7. Privacy and Encryption

7.1 Encryption

Paid pastes are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
Content keys are wrapped with our Key Encryption Key (KEK)
Public and unlisted pastes are stored in plaintext

7.2 Metadata

We collect minimal metadata for operational purposes
IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps may be logged

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

All Service code, design, and branding remain our property
You may not reverse-engineer or copy our Service

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create
By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content
This license terminates when content is deleted or expires

9. DMCA and Copyright

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). See our DMCA Policy for procedures to report copyright infringement.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data integrity
Maintenance windows may occur without notice

10.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for content posted by users
Cryptocurrency transactions are at your own risk

10.3 Third-Party Services

Blockchain networks and payment processors are beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures in third-party systems

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you post or share

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time
Content deletion follows our expiration policies

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice
No refunds are guaranteed upon termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time
Changes become effective upon posting
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
Material changes will be announced via the Service

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
